These Terms govern your use of policysaint.com (the "Service"), operated by PolicySaint. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
PolicySaint is a free referral and comparison-information service. We are not an insurance company, agent, or broker, and we do not sell, underwrite, or advise on insurance. Rate figures shown are published market averages for context — they are not quotes, offers, or guarantees. Actual quotes come only from the licensed provider we match you with, and any insurance transaction is solely between you and that provider.
You agree to provide accurate information and to submit only your own details. By submitting the request form with the consent box checked, you authorize us to forward your request to one matched licensed insurance provider as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
The provider (or its network) that receives your request may compensate PolicySaint for the referral. This compensation may influence which provider is matched to your request. The Service does not include all insurance providers or all products available in the marketplace.
You may not submit false or third-party information, interfere with the Service's operation, or access it through automated means. We may reject any submission and refuse service at our discretion, including where our verification checks indicate fraud.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolicySaint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, quotes, or products of any insurance provider.
The Service's content, design, and branding belong to PolicySaint and may not be copied or reused without permission.
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law. Any dispute shall first be raised with us at legal@policysaint.com, and the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve it informally before pursuing other remedies.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The date above reflects the latest revision.
