Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information — and other rights

When you submit a quote request, we forward your information to one matched licensed insurance provider, who may compensate us. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar laws in other states, this may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You have the right to opt out.

To opt out of sale/sharing

Email privacy@policysaint.com with the subject "Do Not Sell My Information" and include the phone number and/or email address you used. We will add your details to our internal suppression list — future submissions matching them will not be forwarded to any provider — and confirm within 15 business days.

Other rights (residents of certain states)

Right to know/access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Right to delete: request deletion, subject to legal record-keeping exceptions (e.g., consent records we must retain).
Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate information.
Non-discrimination: we will never penalize you for exercising these rights.

Submit any of these by email to privacy@policysaint.com. We may need to verify your identity (by matching the contact details on file) before fulfilling a request.

Already receiving calls from a provider?

You may revoke marketing consent directly with the provider who contacts you at any time — and you can also email us and we will suppress your details from all future forwarding.
